Connell House: Short-stay house accommodation

Situated in a quiet, leafy street in one of Toowoomba’s most highly desirable locations, “Connell House” offers relaxing, comfortable short term accommodation for a family or group of friends.

Ideally suited for family living and entertaining “Connell House” accommodates up to eight guests. The well equipped house is the perfect location to use as a family base for a local festival, family function, school event or hospital stay.

Open plan with lots of natural light, high ceilings and polished timber floors, “Connell House” is your ‚ home away from home’. Offering guests reverse cycle air conditioning, the house has a very comfortable lounge and dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, should you decide to eat in.

With 3 bedrooms, consisting of a queen sized bedroom with ensuite, and two single bedrooms both consisting of bunk beds “Connell House” accommodates up to 8 guests. Trundle beds that elevate to normal height are also available in each room, if required. The bathroom consists of a shower, basin and toilet and the laundry is appointed with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. All linen and towels are provided.

We offer a landscaped, fully fenced yard with outdoor entertaining areas. There is off-street undercover parking for 2 cars.

Short stay rates
$170 per night with a minimum of 3 nights. Or $850 per week.
